For this, our organisation has passed a Data Protection policy and annual controls and audits are carried out to verify that your personal data are secure at all times.

  • Do we send your data to other countries?

In the world, there are countries that are safe for your data and others that are not so much. So for example, the EU is a safe space for your data. Our policy is to not send your personal infromation to any country that might not be safe from a Data Protection point of view.

In the case of offering you a service, it might be important to send your data to a country that is not so safe like Spain, we will always ask beforehand for your permission and we will apply effective safety measures to reduce the risk of sending your personal information to another country.

We will keep your data during our business relationship and whilst laws oblige us to. Once the applicable legal period ends, we will proceed to eliminate them in a secure and respectful way with the environment.

Filing a complaint in the Spanish Agency for Data Protection does not implicate any cost and it is not necessary to have a lawyer or attorney present.

Our policy is to not create profiles about the users of our services.

However, situations can occur in which, in order to offer your our services, commercial or any other type, we might need to create profiles of information about you. An example could be the use of your purchasing history or services to be able to offer you products or services adapted to your tastes and needs.
